This is contains the details of where the Death Certificate will be sent. (Usually set to the company as a default)
The ‘Comments’ box is where you are able to enter any clarifications for data entered into fields and also where any overflow of data should be input from fields that are too short to contain all the the data required. (remember the length of the fields are specified by BDM).
Note the Blue help text.
The last field for data on this screen is the comments field.
The fields and buttons beneath the lower horizontal line are common to all tabs and concern the overall death certificate.
