It may be that you will need to re-create a DeathNotification file.
This may be that an error was found in a case after the file was created but before it was uploaded
or
it may be that a file that was created yesterday was not uploaded – see Upload today’s file today!
To re-create a file for upload again
- go to the Electronic Registration tab on the Death Registration screen
- In the ‘Bulk Upload Files Created’ list (right hand side) highlight the case or cases that you wish to upload
- Click the ‘Allow Re-Register’ button which will put the case/s back into the yellow ‘Able to be Registered’ List
- Re-Create the file.
