The Electronic Registration tab only shows on the Death registration screen when you are in Viewing mode (not editing)
This Tab is used for creating the text file that is then uploaded to BDM’s Website.
The grey ‘Unregistered Deaths (last 30 days)’ list displays any deaths that are not registered.
i.e known to FreeDAM but not ready to register.
Once the ‘Ready to Register’ check box is ticked on each case those cases will then be displayed in the grey ‘Able to be Registered After Date of Disposition’ List
As we can not register any death until after the date of disposition the deaths displayed in this list will automatically pop up into the yellow ‘Able to be Registered’ list after thier individual date of disposition is past.
Any case in the yellow ‘Able to be Registered’ list is able to be made into a text file that can then be uploaded to BDM’s website.
Deaths are able to be registered individually or on mass.

This Batch number is today’s date in reverse and a number. i.e 2015021201
