We often get asked ‘How do we change the address on an invoice?’ or ‘I have changed the address on the case entry screen but the address on the invoice is still the same’.
When FreeDAM creates an invoice it saves with the invoice the address that was on the case entry screen at the time the invoice was created.
If you wish to change the address on the invoice
- Change the address on the case entry screen
- Go to the invoice screen
- Click edit
- FreeDAM reloads the addresses from the case entry screen into the invoice
- Click Accept.
Note: Once an invoice is posted then it can not be edited. This is to preserve the invoice in it’s original form at the time it was mailed or presented to the family.
